| Post subject: | SITE OPENING TIMES AND ARRIVAL ADVICE |
The site gates will be open at 0815hrs and the pickup will be in the car park from 0816hrs on its runs, if it is not there it most likely on a run already. Please arrive on site anytime from 0815am onwards Sign-in will take place between 0815hrs and 0900hrs. You should be signed in and ready no later than 0930hrs (ideally) to listen to the mandatory site Safety Brief. Games start just after the brief is complete so please keep this in mind when arriving **** Late arrivals interfere with the sign-in times and games starting - please show consideration for your fellow airsofters and arrive promptly. This is particularly important during winter months when the days are shorter. If you have booked on but are unable to make the shoot for whatever reason, please show some courtesy and inform Luke on 07719 896683 **** |

Hi guys just a quick recap, please arrive on the carpark no later than 9am. If for any reason you are unable to attend it really helps us out to know, even if its informing us on the shoot day morning before 9am. Thank you. |
